This is now 3 nights that Skye sleeps inside the house with the door closed (no access to the yard), and that there is no barking! Yeah! After herding her in on the first night (see previous post), she went in the second night as soon as she saw us taking the pig boards. Quick learner!
Yesterday, we didn't even have to do anything. She came inside during our dinner to lay on her bed. She eventually stepped out but came back a second time and we were able to close the door.
Once inside, she is quite relaxed and sleeps the whole night. It seems like she is relieved to be off yard guarding duty.
Let's hope this becomes a routine...
