In this holiday cooking class, I show how to make two cozy and elegant plant-based dishes: classic French onion soup with deeply caramelized onions, and a golden winter vegetable tian with layers of potatoes, sweet potatoes, and butternut squash baked until tender and crisp at the edges.
Both recipes are easy to make, completely plant-based, and perfect for holiday gatherings or simply treating yourself to something special.
As a bonus, we also made a quick tapenade, a super simple and delicious hors d’oeuvre to kick things off.
