Skye is letting her dad touch her! Yippee!
It's been almost 6 months that Skye joined our family, and although she let me touch her within the first 2 months, she would recoil when Peter extended his hand to her. He spent lots of time gaining her trust, playing with her in the yard, feeding her, and offering her treats. We worked on touch transfer, rewarding each contact for months. And this weekend, something happened! She started letting him stroking her. Patience and love win!
