1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds + 3 tablespoons water It makes a thick and gelatinous egg replacement perfect for binding.
¼ cup unsweetened applesauce It adds moisture and is very versatile. Add ½ teaspoon of baking powder if you want a lighter texture.
