and today wasn’t a good one. It’s started with a trip to the vet to say goodbye to Sage. It’s the 3rd chicken we are losing in less that 2 months. It’s too much - although the deaths are totally unrelated - it’s just too much. And to make this difficult day even worse, Lucie and Sophie are entering their teenage phase. They fight with each other, and Sophie ended up all bloody with a cut on her snood.
Sometimes I just want to adopt everybody out and take a long vacation without having to care for anyone.
